These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at trybemoney.com (the "Site") and the Trybe Money program, both operated by Stori Content LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or registering for the program, you agree to these Terms.

The program

Trybe Money is an educational coaching program that teaches a method for getting paid by brands to make short-form videos. The free live bootcamp is an educational training. Registering for the bootcamp does not create any obligation to purchase anything.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or register for the program.

Educational purpose and no income guarantee

All content on the Site, in the bootcamp, and in the program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Any income figures or results we reference are the personal experience of the presenter or of specific students and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific income or outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or the program, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Site and all program materials, including text, video, graphics, and frameworks, are owned by Stori Content LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use them only for your own personal, non-commercial use as part of the program.

Disclaimers

The Site and the program are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stori Content LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the program.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
